We are currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for a FIFO role in the North West of WA
Primary Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the team
Planning of forward works, shutdowns and labour/material requirements
Ensure all operations are carried out in accordance with applicable regulations.
Conduct tool box talks and pre-job safety brief
Liaise daily with the Operations Manager and Client
Monitor the workforce and ensure all work is completed
Actively participate in planning meetings
Candidate Requirements:
Previous industrial services/maintenance supervisory experience
Rubber lining skills and knowledge
Experience with painting and blasting
Experience with concrete and coatings
On offer is a permanent fly in fly out role on an 8 days on 6 days off roster.

Minimum 5 years open pit experience, preferably with experience in operating computerised fleet management systems in large scale open cut operations
