Our client is seeking an IT Agile Business Analyst (Senior Level) to work closely with clients/customers, Product Owner and Development team(s) to elicit and communicate requirements that meet the client's functional product needs. You will use such techniques as facilitating workshops, story mapping, interviews, document analysis, surveys and business process descriptions to capture product requirements and then work closely with agile technical development teams to help develop solutions. The role is client facing and will require strong presentation, facilitation and communication skills in order to deliver required outcomes. You will be part of a cross-functional Agile team, including Developers & Testers, utilising a Whole-of-Team approach to delivery and hence will be involved in all aspects of development. You will have strong relationship building skills with clients and maintain a high level of engagement with them, ensuring accurate and useful customer feedback is reviewed and utilized accordingly. You are also required to contribute to tender responses and client proposals by preparing high level requirements and co-ordinating estimates.
