We are looking for a flexible person who can spend 6 months as receptionist and 6 months as a dedicated customer service representative.
This is a permanent part-time role 3 days per week Mar-May, 4 days a week June-Aug, 5 days a week Sep-Feb

Following is the Receptionist key responsibility:
Answering and directing multiple phone calls to the appropriate person or department on a busy switchboard
Following is the Customer Service key responsibility:
Build product knowledge, answer customer product queries
Incoming customer service calls - cooking enquiries, service requests, etc
Other duties include:
Maintaining stationery and office supplies
Data entry duties
Incoming and Outgoing Mail
Filing
Customer Service - including contacting consumers to confirm details of purchases for delivery
Liaising with Service Technicians
General office duties
The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:
Have excellent communication skills and patience
Previous switchboard experience
Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Be organised and efficient
Outgoing personality
Reliable and honest
Ability to work under pressure
Exceptional customer service skills
