Starting as soon as possible, they require a genuine office all rounder to support all parts of the business. Your responsibilities will include general typing, so a good type speed and accuracy is a must. You will support every area so doing everything from filing to administration and customer service with everything else in between is important. You must be able to communicate with a diverse group of people including developers, contractors, and others so a solid allrounder in terms of your experience in these areas would be a real advantage. The ability to work to tight deadlines at times and work under pressure, whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail is an important part of your makeup. If you have strong office based skills, have worked within the construction sector before in an admin support capacity, this may well suit you.
