This exciting new role within the leading building industry association is a key part of Master Builders’ commitment to increasing apprentice retention through our Construction Apprenticeship Mentoring Scheme (CAMS). CAMS is a comprehensive national approach to apprenticeship support funded by the Commonwealth Government through the Apprenticeship Mentoring Program. The Apprenticeship Engagement Officer will ideally have experience working with apprentices in a construction trade environment, and will use his/her outstanding communication skills to deliver practical assistance concerning the apprenticeship system and related workplace and learning issues.
