Immediate Start Community Focussed Projects 6 Month Contract A community focussed organisation has recently restructured their building and infrastructure team and therefore require a Project Manager to join their team for an initial six month contract. Reporting to a Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering a range of building infrastructure projects including upgrade, refurbishment and new build projects from concept to completion. You will oversee all aspects of the project from stakeholder consultation, scoping of works, tendering, contracts administration and contractor management, whilst ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. With a variety of projects to deliver, the successful candidate will need the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, have a good understanding of building contracts administration and be comfortable managing a diverse range of stakeholders.
