This is a high profile role in a large Canberra-based company. Liaising directly with the Board of Directors and providing company secretarial support, you will work as part of an open, genuinely supportive team. Our client is seeking an experienced professional who demonstrates an ability to apply excellent judgement and the capacity to engage confidently with members of the Board, including the Chairperson. In this role you will manage secretariat services to the Board and its committees, as well as the company's Executive Committee. You will also attend meetings, take minutes and prepare draft minutes for subsequent meetings. Additionally, you will manage agendas and contribute to strategic planning and staff management. To succeed in this role you will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, and be able to demonstrate an ability to command the trust and respect of senior executives. You will also be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. The salary for this role is around $100,000 plus 10% superannuation. There is also a performance bonus.
