Our client is seeking an Operations Coordinator to coordinate administrative and IT functions for company’s metering operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
Undertake functions in the retail customer registration and transfer, metering provision, meter reading and distribution processes and maintenance of standing data in accordance with the procedures. Coordinate and deliver all financial processes including, metering and excluded services charge determinations, invoicing, reconciliation processes and excluded services tariff administration. Coordinate and deliver Debt Management and Dispute Management Supervise, coordinate and ensure delivery of accrual processes Assist Market Operations Manager with the day to day running in coordinating and controlling the output of the team to achieve the company and department goals and objectives Assist with ongoing business processes improvement and development Support in IT systems analysis, development and testing for customer service branch
Qualifications and Experience
Suitably qualified and experienced in data management and/ or information systems Experience in office management or high level administrative roles Demonstrable knowledge of electricity distribution business operations Demonstrable knowledge of and sound experience in premise and meter management tracking customers and invoicing charges as well as debt management High levels of computer literacy including data processing and spread sheet manipulation delivering consistent, accurate and timely data enabling invoices High level written, verbal and interpersonal skills You will work under limited supervision, be conscientious, accurate and will apply your time management skills to meet ongoing deadlines and manage competing priorities.
